Admin Assistant (Penang)

📣📣 Admin Assistant (Penang)
Salary: RM 2200 – RM 2800
Workdays: Monday - Friday | 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Working Location: Penang Island, Malaysia

âž¡ Key Responsibilities:
- Project management & coordination.
- Ability to interact & liaise with Clients.
- Preliminary planning, budgeting & revenue projection, execution and implementation.
- Being proactive to approach customer and prepare presentations/marketing materials to ensure the goals of functional areas are achieved.
- Maintain records and enter data.
- Support in administrative works.
- Carry out efficient filling system for all documents.
- Undertake the task of receiving calls, take messages & routine correspondence.
- Strict in discipline and time management.
- Ability to meet deadlines & targets for all the tasks.
- Adhoc tasks as assigned.

âž¡ Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Posses any Diploma/Degree.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Independent and multitasking.
