Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service/ information counter
- Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries and feedback
- Assist in administrative duties, up keeping of the mall, execution of the mall's promotions, execution of the mall's promotions, redemption of vouchers and events.

Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Additional language proficiency will be advantageous (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese etc.)
- Presentable looking with minimum 1.65m height
- Able to perform overtime (8.00am – 8.00pm), 5 - 6 days/week
